Navigator has been recognized by state and national organizations for its commitment to customer service and its employees. 

• Navigator’s wholly-owned subsidiary NavTech LLC is named Alabama’s DAV Small Employer of the Year 2010.
• A member of Team Boeing since 2000—beginning with the Concept Development of the Future Combat Systems (FCS) program—Navigator was the first recipient of the 2008 Diversity Advocacy Roundtable Team (DART) Achievement Award in the service disabled veteran-owned small business category.
• As a service disabled veteran-owned business, whose co-founders have rated disabilities from the Veteran's Administration, the most prestigious award was being named the National Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Small Employer of the Year 2007.
• Navigator was nominated for the national award after being named Alabama’s DAV Small Employer of the Year 2007.
• Navigator was the first recipient of the Alabama Governor’s Trade of Excellence in Exporting Award 2006. The governor’s Trade Excellence Award seeks to recognize Alabama companies that have made a significant contribution to, or had success in international business, in the areas of agriculture, manufacturing and services.
