Navigator to support aircraft survivability systems
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Navigator Development Group Inc. was awarded a task order to develop and field aircraft survivability systems to improve and maintain Army aircraft for combat mission effectiveness.
The task order was awarded under the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Logistics Domain. Navigator was the recipient of a direct award for this task order under the EXPRESS blanket purchase agreement contract held by The Tolliver Group, Inc.
The Navigator Team has the combined experience of more than 26 years of direct support to project manager Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) and more than nine decades of Army aviation experience. Members of the team include LogiCore, Iron Mountain Solutions and Tolliver Group.
The task order is for the base period, plus four one-year options through 2024. The total value of the award over the next five years is expected to be approximately $25 million.
Under this task order, Team Navigator will provide integrated product support services for the project management office of ASE, which manages a complex set of aircraft systems designed to protect Army aircraft and their crews in a hostile environment.
