Basic Job Description:
The property manager will support the Logistics Support Division for the Aircraft Survivability Equipment Project Office.  The Property Manager is responsible for storing, issuing, documenting, and maintaining accountability of property book items, which includes performing cyclic inventories, maintaining the logistics databases, and records subject to audit. The Property Manager ensures accuracy and completeness of all required documentation for incoming and outgoing assets.

The Property Manager receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, and delivers supplies and equipment and operates APSR level computer automated systems and prepares all required documents. Establishes supply and inventory control management functions and provides technical assistance to equipment records and stock Control personnel.

• Assist with records management
• Support Capital Asset reconciliation
• Support Inventory requirements
• Support receipt/transfer/disposition of government property
• Research original source documentation DD250
• Update DPAS records IAW source documentation
• Support Cleanup of Property Team files on “O” Drive
• Track down signatures for loan equipment
• Update cost of all equipment in DPAS. (Cost should match DD 250)
• Research contracts in PIEE
