As the president, Jim Moentmann focuses on the company's growth as a whole. He is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, and financial operations oversight. Jim has executive leadership experience in corporate profit/loss management, business development, project management, strategic planning, concept development, market analysis, joint air-ground integration, military aviation training, and joint doctrine. He joined Navigator in 2015.
A retired colonel with 28 years of military service in the U.S. Army, he commanded tactical aviation units from platoon to brigade and served in several high-level positions in the United States, overseas, and deployed combat locations. Jim holds two Master's degrees; one in Economic Geography from the University of North Carolina and one in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. His Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering is from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
